31 Days of Halloween - Day 29!!

Definitely into the home straight now!! Have you checked out the other Wicked Bloggers yet today? Remember all the links are on my sidebar :o)

Today is another card, but rather than a colored image this one is a simple embossed one with a little stamped sentiment in the middle.

The card was originally white but I have coloured it with Distress Inks in Spiced Marmalade and  Brushed Corduroy.   It actually doesn't look as patchy in reality, so I'm a little disappointed with the photo, but that's how it goes sometimes.

The sentiment in the middle is from a great Artistic Outpost Halloween set and is stamped in Stampin'Up Soft Suede.

Then I've simply matted it onto a slightly large piece of black cardstock.

Thanks for reading

  6. Spooktacular! A lot of embossing folders are so bootiful all on their own so a simple sent stamp is all that's needed!

  12. This looks great! I have that same stencil and I have never thought to just use it on it's own. Love that there's the perfect spot for sentiment.
